Summary
Classifies iOS target-app crashes surfaced through runner failures when runner logs show AXRuntime/CoreText accessibility crashes, including the fill failure shape from the original report.
Keeps ordinary runner failures generic unless the bounded runner.log tail contains crash evidence.

Manual iOS verification was completed before this rebase on Agent Device Tester: public API fill passed with delay and without delay on iOS 26.2; no compact snapshot paths used.
CI iOS simulator smoke replay initially hit a Settings navigation timeout unrelated to this PR; rerunning the failed iOS Smoke Tests job passed.
